Off-Season Open field play/conditioning Schedule
(Weather permitting, dates & times subject to change)
Additional sessions will be added so check for updates
January 25 3:15-4:15pm (tennis shoes only) * bring
signed FRS permission form to practice
January 26 3:45 - spin/circuit training @ FRS
January 28 12pm - spin/circuit training @ FRS
February 4 10am-12pm - event set-up after session
FRS - French Riviera Spa Poplar & Highland
($5 each session, players are to wear tennis shoes
& bring water)
** Players must have physical on file to participate, see Team
